The Town of Pierce is excited to announce the transition to a new Utility Billing Management System and an enhanced payment portal. Please note that the current system will remain accessible until the end of the day on July 8th, 2024, allowing you to make payments during this time. Starting July 9th, 2024, you will need to use the Xpress Bill Pay portal to access your bills and set up any saved payment methods.
Due to the system upgrade, saved payment methods and user accounts will not be transferred automatically. You will need to manually set them up again.
