The Sunrise Outreach Mobile Unit brings health services directly to neighborhoods, farms, food banks, and worksites across Weld and Larimer counties. Here is everywhere we will be in July — no appointment needed.

How to read this schedule: Stops are listed by week and by day, with the location, address (when available), and the hours the mobile unit will be on site. Some stops are noted as serving a specific community: seasonal workers, food bank sites, or dairy and meat processing worksites. Everyone is welcome at every stop.
